Is TinyHeight mobile?

All models are built on trailers or skids and can be relocated with a standard truck. No permanent foundation required.

TinyHeight.com started in a garage with one question: why do we need 150 m² to be happy? Since 2016 we design vertical tiny houses — tall, light-filled cabins where every centimeter works twice.

Double-height living rooms, loft bedrooms under skylights, stair-drawers, fold-down offices, greenhouse walls. Our homes feel like 80 m² while occupying a parking spot.

Do I need a building permit?

In most regions homes on trailers count as mobile structures and need no full permit. We provide all drawings, calculations and help with local paperwork. On foundation — we adapt to local codes.

Can I live there in winter?

Yes. 200mm wood-fiber + wool insulation, triple glazing, heat-recovery ventilation and airtight envelope. Tested to -40°C in Norway and Canada.

How does off-grid work?

2–4 kW solar + 10 kWh battery, 1000L rainwater with filtration, composting or biogas toilet, wood + infrared heating. 92% of owners are fully autonomous.

How long does delivery take?

Standard models: 90 days build + 1–3 weeks delivery. Custom Sky projects: 120–140 days. Current queue: March 2027.
